Ultimate Private In Home Italian Cooking Experience for up 10 people

You and your loved ones have a one-on-one cooking experience with Stefano and a priceless opportunity to stop, enjoy and reconnect in the privacy of your own home.  We can tailor the menu, and we can even adjust the start time of the class.  

What's included?

Stefano will pack and bring the ingredients and equipment required, so your group can cook traditional and modern Italian cuisine from all regions of Italy, in the comfort of your own home.  You will be cooking with produce sourced locally and even from Stefano's vegetable garden.

• A 4-course meal that you cook yourself

• Five-hour Italian cooking class, including bread making and antipasto

• An immersive, hands-on cooking experience
• Italian Cooking Experience Apron

• Learn to make a classic entree, a pasta dish with seasonal sauce, mains, and of course, dessert
• 50km travel each way (an additional $100 will be charged for travel up to 100km from Bowral) 

Restrictions

• Not recommended for children under the age of 12

• Gluten-free dietary needs require a discussion with Stefano before booking.  

• We are not licensed but feel free to have your favourite wines with you. Due to the nature of the experience, we do not encourage excessive consumption of alcohol during the cook, but you can let loose whilst we dine. 

Terms and Conditions 

Italian Cooking Experience Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Our classes are hosted by Stefano Marvello only. If for any reason, we need to reschedule or cancel classes due to any critical reason we reserve the right to reschedule your class. We do not offer a refund or any other reimbursements.  We will endeavour to provide adequate notification where possible.

Guests Rescheduling Policy

Public Classes

We will happily reschedule your class if you notify 3 days prior to the class date. This requires a phone call or email to the Italian Cooking Experience to agree on the reschedule.

Private Group Classes

We will happily reschedule your class if you notify 7 days prior to the class date.This requires a phone call or email to the Italian Cooking Experience to agree on the reschedule.

Guest Cancellation Policy 

Public Classes

Before 14 days prior to scheduled date - Full refund or credit voucher

Before 7 days prior to scheduled date - No refund.

Private Classes

If you cancel before 14 days of the class date then I am happy to provide a refund or a credit voucher.  Post this date then a 40% cancellation fee will be charged. 

Gift Cards

There are no refunds on all Gift Card purchases. All purchases are final. 

COVID-19

I operate according to the NSW health guidelines as part of my work, health, and safety practices. 

Allergies

If you have Celiac or any other food allergies and you did not notify at the booking stage, then we are unable to accept any responsibility for any illness as a result of coming into contact with these allergens.

Bees and Dog

We have a Beehive and a pet dog on site. The beehive will not form any part of the class and is at a safe distance. Our dog is kept separate from class at all times.

Photo and Videos

As part of the experience, we may take photos and videos that may be used for promotional activities for the Italian Cooking Experience. Please advise on the day if you wish not to have photos or videos taken of yourself or your group.
