Bowral is located in the cultural heart of the Southern Highlands in NSW and is a short 90-minute drive from Sydney or a 2-hour journey from Canberra. Our classes showcase the authentic preparation of Gnocchi and Arancini using locally sourced ingredients, some of which are obtained from Stefano's own vegetable garden. The workshop lasts for 3 hours, during which you'll prepare the menu under Stefano's guidance and then enjoy a delicious lunch.
