Join Centennial Vineyards' team for an Italian cooking class with wine pairing led by the talented Stefano. Discover how to make authentic Italian dishes and learn which wine complements each dish perfectly. Stefano's helpful tips and tricks will guide you towards an unforgettable cooking experience. Even if you're a beginner to wine tasting, the knowledgeable team at Centennial will provide basic guidance to help you enhance your palate. Don't miss out on this exceptional culinary experience!

Centennial Vineyards is located in the cultural centre of the Southern Highlands in NSW. It's a 90-minute drive from Sydney or a 2-hour journey from Canberra. Our classes teach the authentic preparation of Gnocchi and Arancini, using locally sourced ingredients, some of which are obtained from Stefano's vegetable garden. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements such as gluten-free or vegetarian, which we can accommodate upon request. However, we must inform you that due to the nature of this workshop, we cannot offer vegan or dairy-free options.

Come and join us for a 3-hour cooking workshop where you'll have the opportunity to learn how to make delicious  Italian food that will make any nonna jealous. During your stay, you'll get to enjoy a charcuterie board, lunch with Stefano Marvello, and indulge in a wine-tasting experience with the Centennial team.
