Located just a short 90-minute drive from Sydney and two hours from Canberra, this cooking class offers a chance to learn how to make traditional pasta from various regions of Italy, sure to make any nonna envious. As you cook, you’ll enjoy the scenic view of cows grazing on the rolling hills behind Stefano's home. All ingredients are sourced locally, including fresh produce from Stefano's vegetable garden. Vegetarian options are available upon request.

We are grateful for your unwavering support over the past 4 years. As we embark on the exciting journey of finding our next Studio Cucina (2.0) location next year, our 2025 experiences will be hosted at Scribbly Farm, just 15 minutes from Mittagong. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Highlands, this beautiful location offers an inspiring Stefano experience, nestled within the charming Australian bush. The address is 1480 Wombeyan Caves Rd, High Range. We will send updated instructions once you have your booking date. Please note that if you book before October 21 for 2025 dates, the address will still reflect our Burradoo location, but your experience will occur at Scribbly Farm. We recognise that providing an excellent experience for everyone is essential. As such, we kindly suggest that children under 12 refrain from participating in our activities.

While we are not licensed to serve alcohol, you can bring a bottle of wine to share with your group. We promote responsible enjoyment, believing that a glass or two can enhance your meal without endorsing excessive drinking.
