Discover the beauty of the Southern Highlands in NSW, just a short 90-minute drive from Sydney or a 2-hour journey from Canberra. Immerse yourself in the authentic preparation of gnocchi and arancini, using locally sourced ingredients, including fresh produce from Stefano’s own vegetable garden. In our inspiring 3-hour workshop, you’ll be guided by Stefano as you create these delightful dishes and savour a delicious lunch, celebrating your culinary achievements.

As we embark on the exciting journey of finding our next Studio Cucina (2.0) location next year, our 2025 experiences will be hosted at Scribbly Farm, just 15 minutes from Mittagong. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Highlands, this beautiful location offers an inspiring Stefano experience, nestled within the charming Australian bush. The address is 1480 Wombeyan Caves Rd, High Range. We will send updated instructions once you have your booking date. Please note that if you book before October 21 for 2025 dates, the address will still reflect our Burradoo location, but your experience will occur at Scribbly Farm.
