Team Building Italian Cooking Experience for 6 - 12 people

What's a Corporate Team Building Experience?

You and your group have an exclusive Italian cooking experience with Stefano and a priceless opportunity to take a break from the daily grind, enjoy the experience and reconnect.  You will learn how to cook traditional and modern Italian cuisine from all regions of Italy, whilst watching cows grazing on the rolling hills behind Stefano's home.  You will be cooking with produce sourced locally, and even from Stefano's vegetable garden. 

For Corporate Teams at Stefano's Studio Cucina located in Bowral. A minimum of 6 people is required for booking. Our Studio Cucina can accommodate up to 12 people in the booking if required. 

Private classes offer full flexibility on timing, duration and even menu. 

Classes are offered Wednesday to Sunday in Stefano's Studio Cucina in Bowral starting at 10:30 and concluding by 6:45 pm. Bowral is located a short 90-minute drive from Sydney and 2 hours from Canberra.

What's included in the price?

• Fully immersive Italian Cooking Experience hosted by Stefano Marvello at Stefano's Bowral Studio Cucina. See our T&Cs below for details. 
• Team can take the option to have mystery box challenges to really make the experience memorable.
• Up to 4.5 hours of 100% hands-on Italian cooking class
• We will happily reschedule your class if you notify us 7 days prior to the class date. See our T&Cs below for details. 
• Italian cooking experience apron for each participant
• Sit down meal
• Learn to make dishes from the current seasonal menu, that you select.
• Free Gift Hamper up to the value of $50.00 for the person making the booking.

Restrictions

·       Not recommended for children under the age of 12

·       Gluten-free and vegan dietary needs require a discussion with Italian Cooking Experience prior to booking.  

·       We are not licensed, but feel free to bring a bottle of wine for your group.  Due to the nature of the experience, we do not encourage excessive consumption of alcohol but welcome glass or two with your meal.

·       As part of my work, health, and safety practices, I operate to the NSW health guidelines.

Terms and Conditions 

Public Classes

We will happily reschedule your class if you notify us 3 days prior to the class date. This requires a phone call or email to the Italian Cooking Experience to agree on the reschedule.

Private Group Classes

We will happily reschedule your class if you notify us 7 days prior to the class date. This requires a phone call or email to the Italian Cooking Experience to agree on the reschedule.

Guests Cancellation Policy 

Public Classes

Before 14 days prior to scheduled date - Full refund or credit voucher

Before 7 days prior to scheduled date - No refund.

Private Classes

If you cancel before 14 days of the class date then I am happy to provide a refund or a credit voucher.  Post this date then a 40% cancellation fee will be charged. 

Gift Cards

There are no refunds on all Gift Card purchases. All purchases are final. 

COVID-19

As part of my work, health, and safety practices, I operate to the NSW health guidelines. 

Allergies

If you have Celiac or any other food allergies and you did not notify at the booking stage, then we are unable to accept any responsibility for any illness as a result of coming into contact with these allergens.

Bees and Dog

We have a Beehive and a pet dog on site. The beehive will not form any part of the class and is at a safe distance. Our dog is kept separate from class at all times.

Photo and Videos

As part of the experience we may take photos and videos that may be used for promotional activities for the Italian Cooking Experience. Please advise on the day if you wish not to have photos or videos taken of yourself or your group.
