At his Studio Cucina in Bowral, Stefano and his family provide exceptional cooking classes. Do not hesitate to make the 90-minute drive from Sydney or the 2-hour trip from Canberra. These classes will teach you how to make authentic Italian pizza and pasta from various regions of Italy using locally sourced ingredients, some even from Stefano's vegetable garden. Vegetarian options are also available upon request.
