Stefano and his talented team offer remarkable cooking classes that inspire culinary creativity. Don’t hesitate to embark on a 90-minute drive from Sydney or a 2-hour journey from Canberra. Here, you'll learn to craft authentic Italian pizza and pasta from diverse regions of Italy, using locally sourced ingredients, some from Stefano's own garden. Vegetarian options are available upon request.

Location 

We are grateful for your unwavering support over the past 4 years. As we embark on the exciting journey of finding our next Studio Cucina (2.0) location next year, our 2025 experiences will be hosted at Scribbly Farm, just 15 minutes from Mittagong. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Highlands, this beautiful location offers an inspiring Stefano experience, nestled within the charming Australian bush. The address is 1480 Wombeyan Caves Rd, High Range. We will send updated instructions once you have your booking date. Please note that if you book before October 21 for 2025 dates, the address will still reflect our Burradoo location, but your experience will take place at Scribbly Farm. Restrictions 

We would like to kindly remind you that our experience is not recommended for children under 12. We regret that we do not offer gluten-free or vegan options. While we do not hold a liquor license, you are welcome to bring a bottle of wine for your group. We emphasize that excessive consumption of alcohol during the experience is strictly prohibited.
